Syllabus
Practical use of data base systems, computer graphics, and modeling to inform decision making
Objectives
This course introduces students to some important principles used in decision making and
problem solving applications.
Tasks
Four projects: each 10%
of your grade
Midterm and final: each 25% of your
grade
Attendance: 10% of your grade
Grading
97 and above: A+
90-96: A
80-89: B
70-79: C
60-69: D
Extra credit is possible. Talk to instructor.
Teamwork is OK, but a team has to do more work than an individual -- talk to
the instructor.
Late work will be discounted at a rate of 5% per day.
